Modeling of isotherm and adsorption thermodynamics in this study, leads to the determination classification isotherms amount energy entropy determine impeccability process. As an adsorbent, a potassium persulfate crosslinked chitosan microcapsule was synthesized through microencaptulation process using solvent evaporation method with carboxy methyl cellulose CMC coating. The characteristics microcapsules that were formed had degree deacetylation 53,92 %, bn mutant diameter around 1-100 µm. Test materials used azo orange dyes, which are often found industrial waste laboratory waste. Observations made variations concentration solution 5, 7,5, 10, 12,5, 15, 17,5 20 ppm at temperatures 30, 40 50 ° C. calculation results show model obtained approaches Langmuir model. analysis temperature effects positive Gibbs change values (ΔG) so takes place non-spontaneously. enthalpy (ΔH) (ΔS) 33,86 kJ / mol 0,0899 mol.K. This indicates occurs chemically adsorption, is endothermic adsorbat not completely adsorbed.
